You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and up to date.

3. Digital products

WordPress themes and plugins are delivered as downloadable files after payment is confirmed. Use of each product is governed by our License Terms.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which includes a 7-day refund window.

6. Custom website services

Custom projects are governed by a separate written proposal describing scope, timeline and price. If there is a conflict, the proposal prevails.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not resell or redistribute products except as allowed by the license.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of this website.
• Do not use our products for unlawful purposes.

8. Liability

Products are provided as described. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC).
