Messages you send through support, contact or project inquiry forms.
Technical data such as IP address and browser type, via essential cookies.

3. Why we use it

To deliver products, provide downloads and manage your account (contract).
To answer support and refund requests (contract and legitimate interest).
To meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
To keep the website secure (legitimate interest).

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the store, such as hosting and payment processors. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep order records for as long as required by tax law, and account data while your account is active.
