Refund Policy

You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase, in line with the right of withdrawal in the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (art. 49).

1. 7-day refund window

For WordPress themes and plugins, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the order date, for any reason.

2. How to request

  1. Sign in and open Refund requests in your account.
  2. Choose the order and briefly explain the reason.
  3. We reply within 3 business days.

3. After approval

The refund is sent to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider. Download access for the refunded products is removed.

4. Custom websites

Custom website projects follow the payment and cancellation terms in the signed proposal.
